Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the leadership and management of the affairs and business of the Corporation. Responsibilities entrusted to the Board of Trustees include setting polices, conducting the financial affairs of the school in a prudent and fiscally responsible manner, overseeing development and fundraising, and strategic planning and objective decision making about key areas that affect the school. There are several committees which report directly to the Board. In addition, ad-hoc committees are created as needed.Board members, 2007-08 include:
